Snail has always regarded pre-shipment quality inspection as an important part of its core competitiveness. To this end, we have developed a systematic and comprehensive quality inspection process, including overall appearance → functional inspection → movement stability → waterproof performance → calendar disk scratches → fingerprints → glue marks → coating → dust scale → stains → overflow → dents → error debugging.

The specific tasks are broken down into:

1. Check the watch to see if there are any obvious defects in the overall appearance.

2. Test whether its functions can be used normally.

3. Test 700V polarization, daily difference and other parameters to avoid inherent defects in the movement.

4. Check the safety of its waterproof system, such as the waterproof rubber ring on the back cover, the rubber ring inside the crown, etc.

5. Check whether the calendar disc is incorrect or the date does not jump.

6. Check whether there are scratches on the case, dial and hands.

7. Check the mirror surface at all angles to see if there are any fingerprints.

8. Check whether there are any glue marks on the scale bonding inside the dial.

9. Check whether the light coating is even and without omission.

10. Check whether there is any foreign matter such as dust or hair generated during assembly inside the dial and the back mirror of the movement.

11. Check whether the scale on the dial is offset, skewed, or incomplete.

12. Check the watch case, dial, and strap for any stains that cannot be removed.

13. Check whether the paint, printing, spray painting, engraving, etc. overflow.

15. Try your best to adjust the daily error of the watch to within ten seconds, and only speed up, not slow down.

(The range of no difference for different movements is also different, so it cannot be generalized) There are 5 systems involved in the watch, one case, two experience, three movement, four dial and no strap.

1. Basic inspection: In the following cases, the snail needs to be replaced and the above quality inspection process will be repeated. It will be shipped separately after all the conditions are passed:

2. After the appearance inspection is completed, it is time to enter the error debugging stage. Adjusting the error is also a very important matter.

3. Final Inspection:

1. Re-check the calendar and time wheel for proper function.
2. Clean the movement of dust.
3. Waterproof and reinforced.

While every watch undergoes meticulous inspection and adjustment before shipment, oversights are unavoidable due to the high volume of daily shipments and shipping.
Snail Watches strongly recommends that you unpack and inspect your purchase before signing for it.

Snail will regularly summarize, update and upload the problems encountered during the quality inspection process in order to provide everyone with a safe shopping environment.
